What Kind of Coach Does This?

I watched this video and my first question is, "What kind of coach does this?" What type of life lesson are you teaching your players? You help mold men and their lives, teaching them that it is ok to cheat for a win is not what I would want my son to learn from a coach. As a coach respect is so important, don't lose the kids or even your own self respect cause you had to cheat to win.
